THE FARMER AND THE DELL, HEIGH HO THE DERRY-O, THE FARMER AND THE DELL! Hehehehe. I bet you are wondering how I know that song so well. DUH! I am a primary teacher. Any who that song popped in my head as I took these photos. Everyone is in love with overalls, all over again. So I thought I'd put my little spin on them. I paired the overalls with a blazer and wedges to give it a more modern yet chic look. Overalls are tricky and if worn wrong they could leave to disaster! The key is to get a good fitting pair and add statement pieces to make it modern and stylish!
Peace OUT... Eeeeks! So cute! Of course I'm in love with my new find. Found these puppies at a local thrift store for half off! Original price $18.99. Less than ten bucks! Talk about cheap and affordable. I could not resist. Plus I've been looking for a pair of black boots for like a month now. So imagine how I felt when I found these and they fit, SCORE! I spotted these other trendy winter boots online. Reminded me of my new pair. Cute and Cute! Peace OUT... I'm so ready to get all dolled up this holiday season! As you see from the last post I've already started. So let's talk FIERCE! So as always you can never go wrong with sparkle and glitz for the holiday but don't forget about lace and chiffon. To materials that work well alone or even better together. Chiffon and lace are to very feminine materials. So if you want to spice it up mix them with leather or sheath. Bring out your edgy side! Remember black is our friend. It's basic yet elegant and very forgiving to our lady lumps (the struggle). This lacey black number screams SEXY LADY! Don't be afraid to add a little color to your holiday outfits. That pop of red or gold can make your outfit the one to remember. Not only do I love fall but I love the Holiday Season as well. This time of year brings back fond memories as a child at Christmas time. I loved putting up Christmas decorations and then riding around town to see the other houses all jazzed up! As I got older I begin to love the holiday parties and getting dolled up and fancy. There's no secret I love everything sparkly so this time of year is like heaven for me! I posted a few outfit ideas for NYE or any other holiday event you may attend this season. I'll post more through out the month. Enjoy! It's me! I just might have to rock this fit again. It screams, " WRAP ME UP AND CALL ME CHRISTMAS!" It's me, again! I'm so mad I did not get more pictures in this outfit. So I guess I'll have to wear it again! Yaaaay! I'm not ashamed, hehehehe! Peace OUT... |
